Shipping

We charge a flat rate of $13 per order for postage Australia-wide. All items are posted via a reputable delivery company or Australia Post, however we do not accept liability for delayed delivery caused by any third party. 

Free postage for all Australian orders over $99*

Delivery of items is subject to availability, and we cannot accept responsibility or liability for any item that is unavailable for supply.   However, we will offer you a store credit for any item that is unexpectedly delayed.

Unfortunately in some instances our shipping may take longer, due to product supply. Shipping may take up to two weeks to receive due to availability of products.

Please contact us if after 10 business days your items have not arrived.

For some bulky and very heavy items, if the shipping cost is greater than $13, we reserve the right to ask for additional shipping fee to cover our cost.  We appreciate your understanding in these situations.

 

Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with the items you purchased on the Site, we will offer:

a) a full refund of the goods purchased; or

b) a store credit which is valid for up to 6 months; or

c) an exchange of the goods for another product,

on the condition that the goods are returned within 7 business days from the date the goods were dispatched to you and the items are in their original condition as purchased, with all labels/ tickets/ packaging attached.  You must advise in writing of any evident defect/damage, shortage in quantity, or failure to to comply with the description.Upon such notification, you must allow us to inspect the goods.

You may exchange an item up to two (2) times, however you must pay the postage fees for sending the item back to us.  We will pay the postage fees to resend the exchanged items to you.

Standard postage fees will apply if we agree to exchange an item more than two (2) times.

PLEASE NOTE: no exchanges or returns are offered for sale items if they are not faulty. 

We reserve the right to refuse returned items if the items do not comply to our returns policy. Any items we have refused will be posted back to you and additional postage will be charged to you. 

We accept no responsibility for returns that are sent by non-traceable postage methods and are not received by us. Unfortunately if we do no receive the items, we cannot issue an exchange, grant a store credit or provide a refund. We strongly suggest you send your returned items using a traceable method.

If we sent you the wrong item or accidentally forgot one, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
